Description:

Boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is a boiler induced draft fan with a maximum efficiency of 90.5%, which is designed to meet the needs of industrial boilers with various coal qualities and equipped with smoke-eliminating and dust-removing devices (1t/h~20t/h). The conditions are equivalent, and the performance can be selected, but the maximum temperature should not exceed 250 °C. 

At present, there are many industrial boiler series, and the quality of coal burning is very different. The resistance of the dust collector used is different. The air volume and wind pressure of the induced draft fan are quite different. In order to adapt to the above situation, considering the economics of the fan, The induced draft fan with 20 tons/hour boiler adopts D-type transmission because of high power, and the rest adopts triangular tape (C type) transmission, so that not only the same speed can be used to meet the same tonnage boiler configuration. The requirements of the device reduce the series number of the fan, and it is also convenient for the user to change the spindle speed according to the actual situation to obtain the desired air volume and wind pressure.

 

Performance and choice

The parameters in the fan performance table refer to the performance of the fan under standard conditions. The standard state is atmospheric pressure Pa= 101325Pa, atmospheric temperature Ta=20℃, relative humidity hu=40% air density ρ=1.2kg/m3

When the state of use is non-standard or the speed of the fan changes, the performance of the non-standard state must be converted to the performance of the standard state, and then the fan is selected according to the conversion performance. The conversion formula is as follows:
